Tips:
1. High relief of angle will bring small flank wear.
2. High relief of angle will weaken the cutting edge.
3. Low relief angle may cause chattering.
How to select:
1. For hard workpiece
2. For the applications that need strong cutting edge
Then choose low relief angle
1. For soft workpiece
2. For the workpiece having property to get work hardening
Then choose high relief angle
